"Shipping was just too expensive"
I was about to order a jersey, but once I got to checkout and saw the shipping, I backed out. The total jumped way more than I expected, and even the order confirmation/receipt email wouldn’t have made me feel any better about it. I ended up closing the cart and buying from another site instead.

"Not a lot of options for what I needed"
I was shopping around for soccer gear, the selection felt a little limited to me. A few sizes I needed weren’t available, and some of the brands I usually go for didn’t seem to be there at all. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, I’m not sure.

The site itself was easy to use, but I kept clicking through and feeling like I was seeing the same items over and over. It might be totally fine if you just need basic stuff, but I guess I was expecting a bit more variety.

"Hardly any sizes available"
I was trying to order a pair of cleats, but pretty much every normal size was already gone. I spent way too long browsing only to find that nothing I actually wanted was available in my size. The whole thing also had that kind of no-real-person-there feeling, like you’re just clicking around with no help or guidance.

"No one seemed to own the tracking issue"
I tried checking the order tracking a bunch of times, but it never updated at all. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for fixing it, the store, the shipping company, or customer support. Everyone just kind of pointed elsewhere, so I was left guessing where my order was.

"I sent my order back weeks..."
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’ve contacted support a few times, but I keep getting the same vague “we’ll check on it” response, like nobody actually read what I wrote. It’s really frustrating, and it makes me not want to order from them again

"Looks nice at first, but that's about it"
I ordered a jersey and, to be fair, it looked decent when I first took it out of the package. Unfortunately, that was probably the best part. The material felt cheap, the stitching was already loose, and after one wash the print started cracking. For the price, I expected a lot better. Disappointing overall.

"Felt brushed off about payment safety"
I didn’t feel comfortable entering my payment info on the checkout page. It just didn’t seem very secure, and when I looked for reassurance, it felt like my concerns weren’t really taken seriously. I won’t be using it again.

My order arrived in a crushed box with the tape half-open, which wasn’t a great first impression. Reading between the lines, it looked like it had been tossed around hard during shipping. Not cool.

"Promo code didn’t go through"
I tried using the promo code, but the discount never applied at checkout. I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to deal with this just made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be

"Not totally sure these were legit"
I ordered a pair of cleats and they did show up quickly, so I’ll give them that. But once I opened the box, the packaging and tags just felt a little off to me. I’m not saying they were definitely fake, but I didn’t feel confident enough to keep them. When I reached out to customer service, they were polite, but it kind of felt like they were putting it on me for questioning it instead of actually helping clear things up. Overall, I’d be careful before ordering again.

"I ordered my usual size, but the jersey..."
I ordered my usual size, but the jersey ended up fitting tighter than I expected. Shipping was okay, but the timing was frustrating because I needed it for an event and didn’t really have time to deal with exchanging it. I just wish the size chart had been more accurate before I bought it.

"Shipping could’ve been better"
My order did show up, but it came later than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but whoever runs this really needs to speed things up a bit. The tracking was slow to update too, which made it more annoying than it needed to be.

"Never heard back from customer service"
I emailed them twice about my order and never really got a proper response. I just wanted a quick update or some reassurance that everything was okay, but it felt like I was being ignored. When you're spending money online, a little communication goes a long way

"Return process turned into a total headache"

I tried to pay twice, but the checkout kept freezing both times. Then my cart just disappeared, which was really frustrating. I usually trust my instinct with stuff like this, and it definitely didn’t feel reliable in the moment.

"The site was a total pain to use"
I tried looking around nikys-sports.com, but the whole thing was kind of a hot mess. Pages were loading slow as hell, everything felt cluttered, and the filters were confusing for no good reason. After messing with it for a bit, I got annoyed and just gave up before buying anything
